Envision Empire

During the summer and fall of 2024, Leelanau County's web service, used by the Village of Empire, was transitioning to a new website design. 

Because the Village of Empire was revising its Master Plan and Recreation Plan, it was expected that the Village site access might be unpredictable during this transition.

However, our work does not stop because of a technology glitch.  On this site - under Information and Links is the "world" of Master Plan documents.
