Leelanau County - the web service used by the Village of Empire - is transitioning to a new website design. However, our Village site access might be unpredictable during this transition.

We are using this temporary site - originally created for the Master Plan update - to provide access to the current Village of Empire Recreational Plan. Individuals completing the Recreation Plan update questionnaire may want to review the current plan.
